In the later 90's we bred a Salmon to a Male Blood Boa. We were blessed with a nice litter of Salmons and Normals all het. for Blood Boa. We figured, with the red attributes of the Blood Boa, this could only be good!

One of our good customers purchased some of the offspring. In April 2004 he produced the very first litter of Bloody Salmons!

On Saturday, May 1st, 2004, we produced our first litter of Bloody Salmons (Litter #1) and WOW they are spectacular!

We are very excited about the Bloody Salmon project and believe it is one of the most exciting in boa morphs both today and tomorrow! We can only imagine what a Bloody Sunglow will look like! What would a Bloody Sharp Sunglow look like?

This litter was produced from our best striped female Salmon het. Blood bred to our best striped male Salmon het. for Blood. This is why we are seeing such incredible stripes on these animals. This is a list of animals we expected from this litter and it appears that there is a representative of each type:

Litter #2 was produced on May 13, 2004 from a Salmon het. for Blood bred to a Blood Boa.

The final picture is a Bloody Salmon that was produced from a very good customer of mine.
