DEPOSITS/ MINIMUM ORDER
In
order to make this process cost effective for us, we need a minimum
order of $3500. In order for us to begin the permit application
process we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on your order.
If
you are unsure of exacty which animals you are going to purchase
or how much you are going to spend, you can send a non-refundable
50% deposit of the minimum order ($3500/2= $1750) and we will
begin the permit application process while you shop.
3.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
It
takes the United States Department of Agriculture approx. 10-12
weeks to return a CITIES permit. This timeframe can vary based
on their back-log and the size of your permit so we can never
guarantee the timing of this process.
Once
we recieve your permit in the mail, we require the balance of
payment in full for your order. We will fax or email your permit
to you so that you can get your import permit ready if necessary.
Final
payment is due once we recieve your permit, before you apply for
your import permit!
4.
TERMS/ GUARANTEES
We
guarantee that your animals will arrive alive and healthy. We
will honor a 7 day guarantee on all boas if the order consists
only of Salmonboa.com animals. Full credit on any deceased or
flawed animals will be extended once we receive photos and/or
an official veterinary report on the particular animal/s.
5.
AIRPORTS / DELIVERY / PICK-UPS
Your
animals have to leave the United States through a registered port
with a Customs office for clearance. Also, they must arrive at
a port in or near your country with a Customs office for clearance.
